House Rules
- No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the rental property. Should you or one of your guests wish to smoke, please do so outside. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Events such a wedding, dinner parties, and receptions are examples of special events and are strictly NOT allowed, unless specified in your contract in writing.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM unless you have made prior arrangements with a Blue Desert Cabo representative.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless you have made prior arrangements with a Blue Desert Cabo representative.
- This villa is located in a residential community and violations to our excessive noise and disruptive Behavior policy will NOT be tolerated. Violations include but are not limited to excessive noise or disruptive behavior caused by raised voices, yelling, loud music, profanity, outdoor nudity, noisy pets, and other disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.
