A golf enthusiast’s dream, this villa is positioned by the first hole of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Surrounded by a luscious landscape with shady palm trees and vibrant flowers, the villa is just one mile from the white sandy beaches and dazzling sapphire seas.

Lemon walls, terracotta tiled floors and high arched ceilings welcome you into an open plan design. Plush cushions and expansive sofas are perfect for unwinding on whilst reading a summer novel or playing a card game. A fully equipped kitchen has floor to ceiling glass doors allowing an abundance of natural light, with an adjoining dining space. Step out onto a tranquil terrace, with sweeping views of the sparkling sea, and dine al fresco as the sun gently sets and the sky turns passionately pink. With an outdoor kitchen and several seating areas, the outdoor space is perfect for sipping on cocktails whilst the children play.

Rich fabrics elegantly decorate the four bedrooms, complete with colourful lamps and graceful high ceilings. Beautiful ensuite bathrooms have an Italian influence, with delicately painted bath tiles in coastal blues and greens. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, TV, safe and peaceful patio admiring the breathtaking views, with three comparable further bedrooms, two fitted with king beds and one with two twin beds, ideal for families with children.
