We were able to meet with our greeter on arrival and drop our bags and collect our keys. Explained the house rules, trash collection, etc. We were contacted and knew when to expect a cleaning visit while we were there. The apartment was well appointed, but we would have appreciated a tutorial on how to operate the oven. We had a wonderful stay, in a wonderful apartment, in the ideal location for our visit.

House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • This home has a collection of delicate ornaments, so this home does not accept children under the age of 10, however babies are welcome.

  • The children who live upstairs practice the piano after school, so there may be some background noise from this in the afternoons.

  • This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
