Home Truths
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.
This home is spread over four floors with an internal elevator that links the ground and first floors. The ground and first floors are fully wheelchair accessible.
There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.
The homeowner's cleaner comes once a week, and their gardener comes every fortnight and will need access through the house. Our service team will contact you closer to the time if applicable.
Noise can be heard from planes overhead, however this is significantly reduced between the hours of 11PM and 6AM.
This home has a fourth bedroom that includes two single beds that are not pictured in the listing photographs.
There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there are hooks on the wall instead.
While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
