Great apartment, everything was in place and it was easy access to key areas of interest. Also team involvement was polite, accurate and on point.

Support from onefinestay was excellent as usual (this is our 5th or 6th time renting through them). Very good communication with the staff, they always reply to messages super quickly, send messages checking that everything is OK, solve small problems immediately. Properties (we have stayed in two different properties) are exactly as described on the website, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We will be renting from them again in the future I'm sure and I would highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we went through onefinestay. On both occasions, the location was near the underground and the street was quiet and safe. The apartment is very new and clean. The most important point is that the agent waited for us in the apartment till we arrived at 10.30pm, unlike some agencies that we went through last time. We had to collect the keys at a designated place. I had to return a wheelchair at the end of the stay and it had all been arranged. What else can I ask for!

onefinestay goes above and beyond what I expect from my travel company partners. This was our third time using them in London and every time the service has been excellent. The flats are spotlessly clean. The booking and check in process is seamless. The follow up on any issues is timely and they have been a great help booking associated services like airport/rail car transfers. I would not hesitate to use onefinestay wherever they have vacation homes.
