We love to travel and experience neighborhoods in a manner that make us feel like we are at home. onefinestay helps make this happen. It was easy to locate the perfect home on their website and make a reservation. They met us at the home upon arrival and made sure we knew how everything worked and we had everything we needed. They contacted us throughout the stay and arranged for expert cleaning services during the stay. The neighborhood was great - within walking distance to a couple of tube stations, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We were so impressed by the timeliness that you answered each and every question we had. From the time I made an inquiry last summer to our departure last Sunday, you responded promptly and courteously. I had some questions about kitchen equipment and you provided me with photos. The toaster broke while we were there and you provided a replacement the next day. You took the worry and anxiety out of staying in a different country for a month and we greatly appreciate your services. We would highly recommend you to friends and family.

This flat was perfect for our family of four. We wanted to live like locals and the property was in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to groceries, restos, fitness centers, etc. We hope to return next year.

I found the staff extremely responsive. When there appeared to be a strike imminent at Heathrow, they got in touch and offered to find us transport into London. When I emailed, the response was always quick and efficient.
