One of the highlights of this contemporary Parisian home is its proximity to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the city’s most famous shopping destination. Browse the latest collections by revered fashion houses before enjoying a decadent lunch on the terrace at one of the avenue’s chic bistros. Stroll north-west up to the Arc de Triomphe or head south-east to sip coffee in the Place de la Concorde. Here, by the Seine, you can choose between admiring the magnificence of the Louvre or hopping across the water to the Musée d'Orsay to view the works of Monet and Van Gogh.

Guests of this room can use the immaculately presented bathroom on the same level, which features a walk-in rainfall shower. The spacious primary bedroom is found on the second level. It benefits from an inviting super-king-size bed and an ensuite with twin vanity sinks and a waterfall shower. A further two guests can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

- There is currently some construction in the building as one new Elysee Collection home is finished off, work is scheduled to end in December 2025. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days but will be done in a way to limit impact to other residents.
