Located in western St Martin, this home is blessed with stunning ocean views, amplified by the infinity pool, which takes your gaze to the turquoise ocean, and enhanced by the secluded sun deck and a large veranda - the layout of this home is built for outdoor living.

Refined travertine tile floors harmoniously flow throughout and large glass sliding doors open to the sunlight and the balmy breezes. A soothing white palette adorns the living areas with bright pops of teal, aquamarine and cobalt blue seen in the furnishings. The sleek, well-equipped kitchen is one of the largest on the island, providing a perfect platform to create inspired gourmet meals, fit with high whitewashed ceilings and a sit-up bar. Congregate here with loved ones before taking a few steps to the al fresco dining area fitted with a stunning glass table that is large enough to seat every guest - whether that be a large family or a group of friends.

Multiple seating areas are scattered around the terraces providing large outdoor dining and comfortable seating opportunities, making sure that every guest will find their own sanctuary to relax. Come sunset, sway in a hammock nestled within immaculate lawns and shaded by lush palms. When slumber calls, retire to one of the four King and two Queen-sized bedrooms, each fitted with a spacious ensuite bathroom - many feature their own outdoor shower. Each room has been individually decorated with its own unique personality and showcase lovely vistas. Villa Encore is a stone’s throw from the blonde sands of sun-soaked Baie Longue Beach and also has as a state of the art fitness room for guests to enjoy.
