• Please note that the Riviera Maya may be affected by various changing currents and seasonal weather causing higher than normal amounts of seaweed on beaches.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Identification is required in advance in order to access properties within El Jaguar Park, and a registration fee is required for all guests. Please contact us for more information.

• Please note, a gratuity payment is expected upon check-out at this villa. The gratuity is calculated based on the total rental amount before taxes and fees. A minimum of 10% gratuity is recommended.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
