- This home is on the second floor. The building has an elevator, however it is accessible after one flight of stairs, and can only take you to within twelve steps of the apartment's front door.
- The TV in this home is internet-access only.
- Tube noise can sometimes be heard in this home.
- The communal hallway and stairs leading to the home's entrance are well worn.
- The second bedroom has limited hanging space.
