• Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• The maximum number of cars at the property is 3. One in the garage, two in the driveway. You'll have to park everything in the driveway and garage, as road parking is prohibited.

• Ski-in / Ski-out dependent on snow level.

• This home has 7 flights of stairs and is spread between 4 floors, all accessible by private elevator.

• This home could allow dogs with approval. All pets need to be submitted for approval. Pet cleaning and a per day/dog fee will be added to the reservation after approval.

• Please note this villa has no air conditioning.

• Please note there is a non-refundable home protection and service charge of $100 - $500, the exact amount depends on the size of the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
