Boasting delightful views across the Caribbean Sea and Bonhomme Island, Iris is a gorgeous three-bedroom villa in St Barts. A stylish and contemporary retreat accommodating up to six guests, it is a wonderful base for a summer break with family and friends.

Sat in an elevated position among the hillsides of Colombier, Iris offers complete seclusion while still being within easy reach of the surrounding beaches and amenities of the island. If you would rather leave the car on the drive, a scenic 15-minute walk will take you to the idyllic shores of Flamands Bay.

Set across multiple levels, the terrace provides a choice of lounge spaces to unwind and soak up those incredible sea views. There’s also the addition of various al fresco dining areas, as well as a covered terrace space to cool off from the afternoon sun.

Inside, the open-plan layout creates a bright and inviting space to both entertain and relax in. The gourmet kitchen has a large breakfast bar with panoramic views across the coast through the floor-to-ceiling walls and doors. From here, you can directly access the outdoor dining area on the terrace, making it oh-so-easy to prepare a delicious banquet for all the family.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-sized bed with sumptuous linens, a private ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace space with delightful views.
