We had a wonderful holiday in London thanks in large part to onefinestay. Not only was the apartment we rented tastefully decorated and quite comfortable, but the team really stepped up to make the stay perfect. The weekly housekeeping was very nice. Also, when we checked in, the team sent over extra coat hangers so that we could hang-up all the clothes we needed for a month's stay. That is the kind of extra touch other companies do not provide. I would like to add that the Soho Food Tour the team arranged for us was fabulous. Not only was the tour very interesting, the guide managed to get us reservations for a Sunday Roast meal that a restaurant that is typically booked eight weeks out. Again, well above and beyond industry standards.

The onefinestay concierge team is always on top of things, and has everything ready for us. They're responsive to our needs and requests, and we prefer to use them for our longer term stays, especially in London!

The location of the apartment was ideal for getting around in a lovely quiet area. The nearest tube was easy to get to and the choice of food shops were again very close. There was also a super pub (The Lady Ottoline) very close.
