This contemporary three-bedroom villa has so much space indoors and out; there’s a huge infinity pool with hot tub section, the bedrooms are all large and light-filled, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout make the most of the gorgeous ocean view.

Just in Paradise has a tropical feel from the moment you arrive, with lush flower-filled gardens of fragrant jasmine and bright bougainvillea. Soothing exotic pools flank its covered walkway and the panoramic view unfolds as soon as you open the front door. Step through to the main terrace and gaze out over Long Bay Beach, Plum Bay Beach and the shimmering ocean.

The open-plan living and dining room has vaulted ceilings and a calming colour palette. The modern high-spec kitchen is the ideal spot for letting the view inspire new dishes, while, for lounging, the indoor and outdoor living areas are super spacious. The three bedrooms are of equal size, so there’s no need to fight it out for the best one. Each bedroom has a sleek bathroom with a lavish walk-in shower.

Just in Paradise is secluded but it’s easy to reach the island’s popular attractions in a short drive, including the beaches at Long Bay and Plum Bay and the restaurants and shops in Marigot. This stunning St Martin villa offers families all of the space needed to relax and enjoy time together.
