Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.

• This home is spread over four levels with no internal elevator.

• There are stairs up to the entrance of this home.

• The master bedroom ensuite is up a flight of stairs from the master bedroom.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• This home is near to a primary school. Some noise may be evident outside of the home with the coming and going of children.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
