Boasting five-star facilities including a fully-equipped gym, cinema, spa and sauna, as well as a games room - you’ll find it difficult to leave the comfort and convenience of this delightful retreat. Outside, guests can unwind by the oversized swimming pool with a choice of shaded umbrella lounge chairs, a covered verandah, and three cosy outdoor living spaces. From breakfasts to evening cocktails, Kiko lets you make the most of the glorious Caribbean temperatures at any time of the day.

Kiko blends modern design with palatial influences - coral stone pillars, Italian marble flooring, and contemporary furnishings provide the perfect mix of old and new. A shared living area provides plenty of space for entertaining, complete with a large balcony for guests to sit and enjoy the cooling sea breezes.

Two master bedrooms are located on the third floor, boasting plush king-sized beds, private balconies, and marble bathrooms with both a tub and double rain showers. Six additional bedroom suites are found on the second floor, each offering stunning ocean views and plenty of privacy for each guest. Designed with family in mind, two of the rooms feature three single beds, ideal for young families who want to stay close. The remaining bedroom is a garden guest room, with external access on the ground floor.
