Translating to ‘island house’ in Swahili, Kisiwa House is a gorgeous six-bedroom villa accommodating up to 12 guests, located close to the pristine sands of Grace Bay Beach. Arrive in style via a complimentary SUV transfer and marvel at your breathtaking surroundings.

A fabulous base for a family holiday, the villa is just a short walk from the world-famous shores of Providenciales’ most renowned beach where an array of experiences can be enjoyed. Snorkelling, swimming, and sailing are all very popular - although we wouldn’t blame you if you decided to sit back, relax, and soak up the glorious sunshine and those sweeping ocean vistas instead.

Kisiwa House strikes a wonderful balance between traditional design and modern comfort. Its colonial Caribbean architecture blends beautifully with East African influences - a rich, traditional array of natural materials, including reclaimed beams, hardwood floors, and authentic thatch can be found both inside and out. The furnishings and decor have been carefully selected, featuring unique pieces of Kenyan furniture and fabrics in the open-concept great room and hallways.

Designed to maximise outdoor living, you will find an abundance of space on the terrace. A mixture of shaded and sun-soaked lounge spaces invite you to enjoy a moment of quiet, while the toasty fire pit and poolside deck are ideal for entertaining and socialising together.

Five bedrooms are located in the main villa, including three king-sized and two twin-sized bedrooms - all with mesmerising ocean views and private ensuite bathrooms. A sixth bedroom is set apart in an independent cottage on the grounds, providing a king-sized bed and bathroom - perfect for staff or teenagers.

When it comes to relaxing, Kiswa House has everything you need. Your personal butler and chef will ensure your every wish is taken care of, while the daily housekeeping team will keep everything looking spick and span. Meanwhile, you can keep busy out on the waves, enjoying the complimentary use of non-motorised watersport equipment, including SUPs and snorkel gear. The villa comes complete with a one-hour photoshoot included in the rates, meaning those precious family moments will be remembered for years to come.
