At the front of the home, the open-plan living room and kitchenette are flooded with natural light. This space impresses with high ceilings and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window, overlooking traditional white stucco architecture and frondy palms. Period features, like the cast iron fireplace and ornate mouldings, integrate with stylish seating and a contemporary dining set – perfect for enjoying meals rustled up in the thoughtfully designed modern kitchenette.
