And if the secret of acting is to not trip over the furniture, you won’t have any trouble with the unmissable dressmaker’s mannequin or, come to that, the kaleidoscopic patchwork sofa.

Here in Queens Gardens III the rooms are theatrically proportioned, the lines are crisp, the artwork is abstract and the cushions are as bright as a first-night bouquet. You might sit back before the crackling hearth, or seek the sleek, monochrome kitchen.
The master bedroom is particularly well-positioned – look to its adjoining courtyard for lazy afternoons, or freshen up in its Narnia-style hidden ensuite. And, when the time comes to stride through Hyde Park or light up the West End, you should emerge right on cue.

I really appreciated the in-person check-in process and the price transparency (the listed per-night rate is what you get; no hidden cleaning fees that you don't find out about till checkout, like with Airbnb). I also appreciated the "home truths" and honest photos.

This was a great place for a family of 4 to explore London from. The flat is a short walk from Paddington station so we were there within 45 minutes after landing at Heathrow. We were met at the flat by Ed, who showed us round and went through the facilities and rules and was great. It is close to lots of shops/restaurants and has a small but functional kitchen, lots of storage space and a lovely lounge. It is very quiet and we slept well. We had a small issue with one of the showers, but it was not too bad. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and service.

Home Truths
- This home is located on the lower ground floor and there are stairs to access the entrance door from street level.
- There is limited phone reception inside this home.
- There is no door between the master bedroom and the ensuite.
- There is no permanent hanging space in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
