* This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* There is no wardrobe in the second or third bedrooms but there is hanging space for both rooms in the walkin wardrobe in the hallway.

* There are stairs up to the entrance of this home and no internal elevator.

* This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

* There is scaffolding up on this building to allow for exterior redecoration and roof maintenance. Some noise may be heard during the day.

* The fireplace in the sitting room is currently out of action.


Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.


Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
