Your hostess works for a leading fashion business, while your host is in finance. They bring influences both Latin American and Dutch to their home, which they’ve just finished renovating, and they and their children travel all over the world.

* This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

* The fireplaces in the home are ornamental.

* There are steps up to the entrance of this home and no elevator.

* This home is spread over six floors with no internal elevator.

* The third bedroom is on the lower ground floor.

* In the fourth and fifth bedrooms there is the option of having the trundle bed set up as a single bed or a double bed. Please let our reservations team know how you would like the room to be configured for your stay.

* The bed in the third bedroom is child-sized.

* The homeowner's gardener will visit every Wednesday at 9 am to water the indoor plants and attend to the front and rear gardens.
