Beverly Grove is spread over three floors and offers an impressive 4,800ft² indoor living space with breathtaking vistas. It's a delightful, quiet retreat for small groups or families who want to experience the authentic Californian lifestyle.

Home to the rich and famous for decades, Beverly Hills is what most people think of when imagining LA's glitz and glamour. Beverly Hills is the ultimate in opulence, from the photogenic, palm-lined Rodeo Drive to the 'Golden Triangle' of high-end stores, Michelin-starred restaurants, and exclusive boutiques. For movie lovers, it's the epicentre of the Hollywood experience, with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences based here. The Paley Center for Media and the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts also have their homes in Beverly Hills.

The interior of Beverly Grove is sublimely simple, with a neutral colour palette that allows the natural beauty of the surroundings to become an ever-changing feature. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls flood the living room, sleek kitchen and dining area with light, reflected by the white surfaces and oatmeal furnishings. Four spacious bedrooms provide king-sized comfort for eight guests. Each room has its unique character; three have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and soak tubs. The primary suite has exceptional views of the Japanese garden and a huge walk-in closet, and a private balcony.

The outside of the villa features three extensive balconies offering truly spectacular views of the city and surrounding hills. Home Truths

-Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $400 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
-For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.

DEPOSIT

We will secure a $2500 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
