This home’s open-plan living area is dotted with eye-catching artworks, and has a sleek black-and-white kitchen (where there’s a dining table) and a stylish sitting area with several design pieces. The master bedroom has a state-of-the-art ensuite and is furnished with yet more interesting things, from vintage furniture to bold contemporary canvases. And the patio and garden are overlook the peaceful Venice Canals. Right in between boutique-and-eatery-lined Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Venice Beach, you’re very nicely situated here. Especially as it’s only around a 12-minute drive to charming Santa Monica.
