Excellent communications, service and support during our 2 weeks stay in London. We returned to a property we have stayed in before and everything was in tip-top shape. Highly recommended.

This well located and well presented apartment ticked the boxes for us. Being met on arrival and showed through was another key bonus. When we had a plumbing problem it was attended to promptly. Our only caution was the duvet may be a little too hot at night. However, there is air conditioning.

Our flat on Maddox Street was delightful - great location just steps from Regent Street. The unit is spacious and well fitted out, the private lift to the suite is a real advantage for luggage. A onefinestay member met us at the appointed time and explained everything we needed to know. Our only suggestion is that the bedding could be improved with fitted sheets. Otherwise 5 stars!
