Home Truths

• This top floor penthouse is located on the 12th floor in a condominium building.

• There are two designated parking spots available in the building's parking lot and a separate onsite visitor parking area.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• While this home accepts babies, it does not accept toddlers or children.

• There is a staircase in the home that goes up to the second floor. There is a handrail on one side, however the other side has no barrier.

• The upstairs master bedroom has a partial glass wall that is about 3 feet high on one side of the room and the rest is open to the downstairs level.

• The upstairs master bedroom does not have any blinds or curtains.

• This home has a treadmill available in the master bedroom for guest use.

• The blinds in the home cannot be lowered and do not block out daylight. If you would like to use them for your stay, please inquire with our Reservations team before booking.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
