Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.

• This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• Some traffic noise can be heard from inside the home, however all three bedrooms are at the rear of the house.

• The TV pictured in the third bedroom is not in use.

• There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.

• There are cameras inside this home however they are not live.

• This home has an external CCTV camera at the rear of the property that faces the car parking space.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
