Orlando Estate is tucked away on a private plot close to West Hollywood's bustling centre. Step inside and be welcomed by an outstanding open-plan ground floor which benefits from a 23-foot atrium and an eye-catching glass staircase. All of the villa's shared living areas seamlessly merge into one another, creating the ultimate entertainment space. The state-of-the-art kitchen at the back of the villa has contemporary cabinetry, luxe lighting and a selection of top-of-the-range appliances. Choose to dine at the breakfast bar, in the sleek dining space or al fresco on the patio.

The villa's gorgeous main living room leads off the kitchen with its plush wraparound sofa, statement fireplace and Fleetwood sliding doors that open onto the serene garden. An additional seating space with a second fireplace and an outdoor living room upstairs offers breathtaking views of the nearby Hollywood Sign.

You'll discover four bedrooms upstairs, each with an ensuite and private balcony. The spacious master features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet and a magnificent two-sided fireplace which can also be enjoyed from the large bathtub in the bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms offer two plump queen-size beds and one California king-size bed between them, as well as sophisticated colour palettes and high-end furnishings.

    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
