Favoured by affluent Parisians, the family-friendly 17th arrondissement offers a decidedly bohemian vibe. Wander through glamorous tree-lined avenues peppered with buzzing cocktail bars and concept stores, then find yourself surrounded by colourful little markets selling artisanal bread and cheese – just right for a picnic. Park Monceau, a 20-minute stroll away, is a gorgeous spot to unwind with its statue-fringed lake, sprawling lawns, and local wildlife. You're never too far from a sleepy square, where traditional café terraces spill onto the street, and the sweet scent of pastries from the boulangerie fills the air.

The second bedroom, ideal for a little one, houses a snug single bed.

    • The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator available.
    • This home does not accept pets.
    • This home accepts babies , children and toddlers.
    • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place a fan in the bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
    • This home doesn't have a freezer.
    • The ensuite bathroom has only a hand shower in the bath ( there is no head shower ).
    • The second shower room is not shown on the listing but it is between the 2 bedrooms.
    • There are two toilets in this home. One is separated from the bathrooms. There are no photographs available.
    • This duplex is an old property from the 20th century, which gives it a unique and authentic character. You may notice some vintage furniture and aged walls, for example, in the ensuite bathroom, the fittings are from an older manufacturer and have a vintage style.
