Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home does not have a TV.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, however, no more than two out of the four guests can be under the age of twelve.

• This home's garden has a pond and so babies, toddlers and children must be supervised at all times.

• This home does not accept pets.

• There are steps up to the entrance of this home.

• This home has two floors with no internal elevator.

• Parties or loud noise and music are not allowed at this location. Please be respectful of neighbours in this quiet community.

• This is a home with a large amount of character and so you may notice some small marks on the carpets.

• Please note this home is not exclusive to onefinestay.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
