My family of five had a fabulous experience in London with onefinestay. Their service was excellent and immediate. They helped arrange airport transfers for us and had one of their awesome greeters meet us at the house upon our arrival. Their customer service was spot on and the home was flawless. We will definitely use onefinestay for our next family vacation.

Home Truths
This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.
As there is no permanent storage in the double bedroom, we will provide a collapsible wardrobe and a hanging rail for your stay.
The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
This home has air-conditioning in the kitchen and dining room only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in all other bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
