I really appreciated the in-person check-in process and the price transparency (the listed per-night rate is what you get; no hidden cleaning fees that you don't find out about till checkout, like with Airbnb). I also appreciated the home truths and honest photos.

This was a great place for a family of 4 to explore London from. The flat is a short walk from Paddington station so we were there within 45 minutes after landing at Heathrow. We were met at the flat by Ed, who showed us round and went through the facilities and rules and was great. It is close to lots of shops/restaurants and has a small but functional kitchen, lots of storage space and a lovely lounge. It is very quiet and we slept well. We had a small issue with one of the showers, but it was not too bad. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and service.

Home Truths
This home is located on the lower ground floor and there are stairs to access the entrance door from street level.
There is limited phone reception inside this home.
There is no door between the master bedroom and the ensuite.
There is no permanent hanging space in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.
There is scaffolding up on a neighbouring home. Some noise may be heard from inside the home.
