  • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.

  • Rancho de Costa can accommodate wedding parties/special events for 40 guests (sit down or stand up) There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
