    • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
    • This home is a basement flat. There are stairs down to the entrance, with no elevator.
    • The homeowners' housekeeper will visit on Thursdays and will stay for roughly an hour.
    • This home does not accept toddlers and pets, but it does accept babies and children.
    • There are renovations taking place in the building next door to this home. Noise can be heard between the hours of 9AM to 5PM.
