- The apartment is on the six floor and there is an elevator available.
- The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use.
- This home does not accept pets.
- This home accepts babies and children over 11 years old.
- This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room, the kitchen and the three bedrooms on the lower level.
- Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.
- For the other room, between June and September, we'll place a fan. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- The stairs inside the home dont have a hand rail (might be dangerous for kids).
- There are no photographs available for the toilets in the ensuite bathrooms.
