Home Truths

• The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is an elevator available.

• The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use.

• This home does not accept pets.

• This home accepts babies , children and toddlers.

• This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room and both bedrooms. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.

• The curtains in the master bedroom do not completely block out daylight.

• Since the photoshoot, the homeowner has moved the queen bed from the master bedroom to the second bedroom and installed two single beds in the master bedroom. The beds can be set up together to form a king bed or independently as two single beds. Please let us know when you book how you would like it prepared.

• There are two toilets in this home. One in the ensuite master bedroom and another one separated from the bathrooms. There are no photographs available.

• This is a much loved home and so shows some signs of wear

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
