Home Truths

• Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Please note this villa has no air conditioning.

• The maximum number of cars at the property is 3. One garage parking space is available at the home, plus parking for up to two cars in the driveway area.

• On-call complimentary Dial-a-Ride service is included at this property and is the best option to go to and from the lifts, shops, and restaurants in Mountain Village Core without having to worry about driving or finding a spot to park.

• The above-garage king suite is accessed via an indoor hallway from the main part of the home.

• This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.

• Please note there is a non-refundable home protection and service charge of $100 - $500, the exact amount depends on the size of the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
