San Juan Avenue is the perfect Telluride chalet for dedicated skiers. This elegant four-bedroom modern chalet welcomes up to nine guests and benefits from an incredible position just a few steps from the Gondola, Chair 9, and downtown Telluride. With gorgeous interiors and superb exterior living spaces, San Juan Avenue is a premium quality mountain escape with all the convenience of a central location.

Telluride is a vibrant, energetic town that loves to celebrate anything and everything. From fabulous festive feasts during Thanksgiving and the holidays to summer events that take you on a guided tour of the town’s best food and drink or music and movies, Telluride embraces life. Surrounded by some of the most dramatic mountain scenery in Colorado, it's also a magnet for those who love the Great Outdoors. Winter sports are exceptional, but stay in Telluride during the spring and summer, and you have hundreds of miles of mountain biking, hiking and walking trails to explore.

San Juan Avenue is split into three levels. On the main level, you'll find a cathedral-like living space with cosy sofas and a toasty fire to warm your toes after a day on the slopes. The impressive kitchen is glistening with steel appliances and is paired with a formal dining area and informal breakfast bar. A large balcony with conversation seating and magnificent views of the town and the peaks beyond is ideal for relaxing and gazing at the stars. On the lower level are three guest bedrooms decorated in soft tones to create restful spaces for a great night's sleep. The guest rooms offer two queen-size beds and a king-size bed, as well as superbly-appointed ensuite bathrooms. The lower level also has a chilled-out media room for movie or games nights. The master suite is simply glorious. This spacious room has its own fire, a spa-standard ensuite bathroom, and an enviable king-size bed. For that early-morning coffee with a view, a private balcony is the place to pause, breathe in the mountain air, and plan the day’s adventures.

The upper level completes the layout with a tranquil loft area with private work space and a sofa with a view. The convenience of a walk-to-ski location - with an emphasis very much on the skiing rather than the walking - will appeal to dedicated winter sports lovers.
