Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has air conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in the other bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• The homeowners' gardener may visit during your stay. They have a key to let themselves into the home to access the garden.

• There is a sofa bed in the playroom on the second floor that can be set up for one or two people. Please speak to our sales team for more information.

• The bath in the second floor bathroom is not in use.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
