The accommodation was excellent and exactly as described. Great proximity to the underground, supermarkets, museums and the Albert Hall. We stayed for 2 weeks and were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was serviced twice during that time. Communication with the managers was excellent - they responded quickly to the one request we made. The only (slight) negatives were the absence of a microwave and the lateness of the greeter at the initial appointment. Had he let us know, we wouldn't have pressed the bell so many times! Overall, highly recommended.

The service with onefinestay is exceptional. They meet you at the home and make sure everything is working and you are oriented. Lovely towels and toiletries are supplied. The home was cleaned expertly during our stay. If we needed anything, they were quick to respond and take care of it. Our London stay was comfortable. The location was excellent.

Location, location, location! A 4 minute walk to the tube station and museums, grocery stores, pubs, and restaurants all within walking distance. The flat was elegantly appointed, very clean, and most comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in London. We will most definitely stay here again. The check in process was seamless and the staff was available should we need anything. Cleaning serveces were included in our two week stay and they were also excellent.

The property was comfortable and well located. Housekeeping was regular and thorough. The onefinestay team was always responsive to requests and needs. We had an excellent holiday thanks to them.
