    • This home is located on the first floor with external elevator access. There are however a few steps up from street-level into the building.
    • The blinds in this home are not blackout.
    • Noise can be heard throughout the home from the building works taking place across the road.
    • The homeowner's housekeeper will visit the home every other Monday in the morning.
    • There is limited storage in this home.
    • The only bathroom in this home is the master bedroom ensuite.
