Colombier Bay is one of those magical Caribbean bays with an arc of white, sugar-soft sand, warm and inviting azure waters, and palm trees whispering in the breeze. It's secluded too and is only accessible on foot or by boat, so there are no worries about finding your own tranquil spot for the day. It’s a wildlife haven filled with tortoises and iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks while turtles and dolphins play in offshore waters. Once you've made your way back from the beach, nearby restaurants offer a selection of the finest Creole food fused with a little splash of French sophistication and a lot of hot peppers. A key ingredient of St Barts food is the local lobster, which is succulent and delicious and appears in everything from salads to casseroles.

Villa Eva rewards guests with incredible views from every angle. The living space captures that indoor-outdoor living style that is so typical of the island and gives it a modernist twist. A second lounge area is located on the covered terrace - great for letting the party's younger members have a little downtime. The kitchen is gourmet standard and fully equipped with everything you need for your culinary explorations of Creole cooking. The dining area is also on the covered terrace and features a custom-made table large enough for ten guests. Bedroom one sits on the lower level in a private cottage and features a king-size bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, as well as a beautiful private terrace. Bedrooms two and three are located in the main villa on the lower level, and bedrooms four and five are located on the upper level of the main villa. All have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces.

Outside, the heated 15m pool invites guests to start the day with a few laps under blue skies. The tropical gardens offer secluded spots where you can restore your inner peace with a few moments of meditation among the flowers. And at the end of the day, that magnificent St Barts sunset is yours to enjoy from the terrace, a glass of wine in hand and another day full of wonderful memories to treasure.
