Villa Ambiance is made up of a collection of beautiful pavilions with astonishing ocean views in the heart of Les Terres Basses, St Martin. This prestigious home expertly blends indoor and outdoor living and is ideal for a family or group of friends who wish to celebrate a special event or for a paradisal tropical retreat and simply escaping to the year-round sun. Well located, this sought after contemporary oasis is a stone’s throw from the beach and near to the charming French capital of Marigot.

The focal point of the villa is the beautiful pool and surrounding terrace, boasting some of the finest vistas in the whole of the Caribbean. An expansive stretch of azure sea and light blue sky is framed by the villa’s lush gardens and lawns, which can be seen from all vantage points from the outside areas. The glimmering pool flows around the spacious gazebos which hold ample space for guests to unwind and relax in.

Villa Ambiance was built for entertaining; the chic kitchen and breakfast bar effortlessly open up to the large veranda with high beamed whitewashed ceilings which is a characteristic of the island - this area includes a large al fresco dining area for guests to while away the balmy evenings together as well as a plush lounge space. An additional media area and dining room can be found in the interior of the home with endless views of the ocean and the verdant garden from both sides. This stylish space mixes natural elements and rich tones; dark wood and teak, wicker, cream and flashes of bright colours found in the exquisite furnishings.

Alluring and graceful, this modern home offers four large king-sized bedrooms that include ensuite bathrooms and opulent outdoor showers, adding to the high-end tropical feel of the home. Each room has private seating and splendid sea views. Two of the bedrooms are connected to each other, which is convenient for families during the stay. One of the bedrooms has an additional small room attached to it with a single bed which is a great feature for groups with young children.
