Welcoming up to 16 guests and covering over 5,850ft², it’s just a short distance from the superb winter ski runs, a championship golf course in the summer, and the delights of Park City’s historic Main Street.

Home to Olympic-standard ski runs and world-class film festivals, food and drinks events and boutique shopping, Park City has it all. During the summer, the mountain passes open up to hikers and mountain bikers, while the winter brings deep powder snow and super-fast turns that will challenge even the most experienced skier. Add to this mix the breathtaking natural beauty of the mountains, and it’s easy to see why Park City is so popular.

Sun Peak Drive uses modern motifs and on-trend furnishings against a well-balanced, structured interior, emphasising the minimalist look. It’s softened by clever use of lighting and plush textiles and the honey tones of polished timber against a neutral palette. The overall effect is surprisingly homely and warm, where one space flows effortlessly into the next. The well-laid-out kitchen is just steps from the formal dining area. The bedrooms and ensuites maintain those soft tones to create tranquil oases where you can truly relax at the end of the day.

Down in the lower level is an extensive media and games room with a flat-screen TV, wet bar and ping pong table, just right for family evenings. When it’s time to tumble into bed, elegant bedrooms are yours to revel in, all with ensuites. Six of the seven bedrooms feature spacious king-size beds, while the seventh room is a bunk room with two bunks for up to four younger guests.

With a hot tub to soothe those tired muscles, a BBQ for more informal family get-togethers, and spectacular views from every aspect, Sun Peak Drive is the essence of sublime mountain living.
