This was my second stay and it was fantastic from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the proactive communications throughout the planning and 24 days of my stay. Every request I made (eg bag drop, days for cleanings) was met and when I had to reach out about a small issue that arose, the evening concierge worked with me to resolve it - something that definitely could have waited for morning. The flat was exactly as described and very comfortable for a longer stay. It was so nice to have space to stretch out, cook a few meals, and do laundry. The cleaning team was fantastic; I wish I had them at my home! Each of the three cleanings left the flat sparkling and included fresh bedding and towels. The starter gifts were a lovely treat. Exceptional stay, exceptional company. Thank you! I look forward to my next stay.

onefinestay has an excellent web site with great photos of the homes. Booking was no problem, and we were met at the flat as planned. Communication was very good. The flat was as advertised and notably clean. No problems and would definitely use again.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat was very clean, well designed and provided us with plenty of space to live in the city rather than in a hotel room. It was close to Waterloo, local shops and pubs. Communications were always clear, prompt, and very friendly. I highly recommend the company and the flat to others traveling.
