- No smoking on any onefinestay property.
Home Truths
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place a fan in the bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like a fan outside the summer period.
This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.
There is limited phone reception inside this home.
This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.
On occasion, you can hear the lift in the building from inside the home.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
