Nestled amidst a vast estate of 20 acres, Fleda offers its guests unparalleled freedom to roam. Resting within an area of Tuscany famous for producing wine, the villa boasts breathtaking views over the picturesque landscape, abundant with flourishing vineyards and ancient olive trees.

The interiors of Fleda are unassuming and elegant; understated furnishings in cool neutral tones draw the eye to the gorgeous details, such as stunning artwork and intricate chandeliers. Arched windows frame the magnificent views beyond, allowing you to take in the spectacular vistas from anywhere in the villa.

The local area is bursting with history and culture. Should you wish to venture out for an afternoon, the medieval town of Panzano is within easy walking distance and, when strolling through splendid green pastures such as these, you can be sure you’ll enjoy the journey there.

For quieter days in, simply step out onto the immaculate lawn to make the most of the villa’s fabulous outdoor amenities - a shimmering off-ground pool, a shaded pergola space for scenic alfresco dining, and a sumptuous infinity-edge plunge pool. Or, if you prefer to feel truly pampered, relax in the sauna or indulge in a decadent soak in the indoor heated plunge pool.

Featuring seven exquisitely furnished bedrooms, each complete with ensuite bathrooms, Fleda is ideal for families or large groups of friends staying together. For larger parties, the villa can be rented in combination with neighbouring Erinda for a total of 11 bedrooms, meaning up to 22 guests can relish the wonder of this little corner of paradise.

Home Truths

Please note:
The Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
Indoor Pool Heating is metered, not included in rates and payable on guest checkout. Pool Heating is available November to April.
Cook Service - no third party suppliers allowed, all services will be provided by the staff as arranged prior to check-in.

DEPOSIT

We will secure a €1500 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
