Nestled within the rolling hills of Tuscany in the heart of the Maremma region, a charming two storey retreat awaits. Maremmana is an idyllic haven for those who want to relax and rejuvenate. Bronze yourself by the sparkling swimming pool in an immaculately landscaped garden with pristine lawns and vibrant flowers. Sip on a refreshing Aperol Spritz on one of the dazzling terraces as the sun gently falls behind the hills and the sky turns a dusty pink.

Inside, a light and spacious sitting room welcomes you into the authentic Tuscan villa. The sitting room features pale lemon walls, plush orange sofas and an impressive fireplace, while large glass doors leading out onto a breathtaking terrace. The rustic kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, staying true to Tuscan design with terracotta floors, handpainted tiles and wooden beams soaring above. A charming separate dining room overlooks the lovely landscape and comes complete with a glistening chandelier - a romantic setting for indulging in Italian feasts made using organic produce from the garden and paired with an glass of outstanding Chianti Classico wine.

Seven charming bedrooms with light wooden floors have been elegantly decorated with boutique furnishings and antique rugs. An abundance of natural light shines through the windows. On the first floor, there are four ensuite bedrooms which can be converted into twin beds if needed, with another king bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. Finally, a secluded annexe offers privacy with a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom - perfect for families with children or larger groups of friends.

Play a game of pool in the grand billiard room surrounded by impressive artwork, or read your book on one of the several sun-drenched terraces - there is a peaceful place for each and everyone. In just 25 minutes you will reach the white sandy beaches of the Italian coast or, if you prefer staying at home, then simply relax and unwind in the tranquil serenity of villa Maremmana.

HOUSE RULES

Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

We will secure a €3000 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
