This five-bedroom luxury villa is part of the north coast's exclusive Tryall Club and was designed and built by one of Jamaica's best-known architects. Villa Bouganvillea nestles amongst tropical greenery, with lush hills all around and views out to the sea. Club facilities include a golf course, tennis court, gym and restaurants – and they're all just a short golf cart ride away.

Set over one level is a series of sumptuous rooms finished to an extremely high standard. The classic Caribbean Georgian style throughout is complemented by an array of modern devices. Dark wood furniture and floors make many spaces feel sophisticated. While furnishings made from other natural materials like wicker create a laid-back, beach-house feel.

With little distinction between inside and out, the villa offers soothing tropical sights, scents and sounds wherever you choose to spend time. Whether that's in the library, the family room, with flat-screen TV and home theatre system, or one of the many lounges and dining areas. Vaulted ceilings in most of the interior spaces and the veranda create a sense of grandeur. And the abundance of sofas and chill out-areas invite a comfortable, sociable atmosphere.

Even the bedrooms seamlessly blend the beautiful outside grounds with luxurious interiors so typical of Villa Bouganvillea. Each of the four bedrooms has either a king-sized bed or twin beds and its own private veranda. As well as an ensuite bathroom that leads out to a private garden shower. The fifth ensuite bedroom is great for children or a small family group as it offers two double beds, a daybed and sleeper sofa.

The grounds themselves feature immaculate lawns and a large swimming pool. There are also several terraces with outdoor seating for sipping a cocktail while soaking up the peace of this scenic escape.
