Home Truths
The villa accepts children and babies, however the pool does not have a fence around it (to guard against children falling in) and there are also 3 beehives located on the edge of our garden.
Please do not feed the chickens or fish so as not to put their feed out of balance (the Housekeeper and Gardener manage this).
Please note that electricity is metered and will be added to the price of each booking.
A selection of Prosecco and local wine is available for purchase in the home, payable on-site.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €5000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
