With walls that radiate sunshine and a mermaid lagoon of a pool, this 'Home of Light' is aptly named and makes for a magical retreat for families, especially those with young kids.

Situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal, Villa de la Luz is surrounded by spectacular mountain views and tropical landscaping and yet is just three minutes from Pedregal beach and ten minutes from Cabo San Lucas. The airport is only 45 minutes away and a plethora of bars, restaurants and activities lie within easy reach. A wonderful playground is just next door, which young kids will adore.

With its sunset colour palette and indoor courtyard with fountain and lush greenery peeking in, Villa de la Luz brings the spirit of the outdoors inside. Yet opulence and splendour still abound through sumptuous marble and tile floors, soaring archways and beautiful rich wood furnishings. A handsome dining table sits under a beautiful metalwork chandelier and deep cushioned seating gathers around a large TV with view of the gardens. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops and a lovely breakfast bar and a luminous games room provides a billiards table.

The bedrooms are delightful, sunny havens with four offering grand king or queen beds and lavish ensuite bathrooms. A separate 'surfer' room, with twin beds and bathroom, makes for a fabulous 'secret den' for kids with its brightly painted walls.

Outside, a fabulous 'rockery' design transforms the custom pool into a turquoise lagoon, with a cascading waterfall and gorgeous, palm-shaded jacuzzi. A charming palapa roof shades a gas BBQ and the deck is a perfect place to soak up the rays and then cool off in the outdoor shower. With light flooding your days, both indoor and out, Villa de la Luz will fill you with sunshine and serenity so that you never want to leave.

    • Villa Grande can accommodate wedding parties/special events from 12 guests (sit down) to 25 guests (standing). There is a minimum stay requirement, an extra event fee plus any applicable permit fees.
    • Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
